NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th November, 2017
S.R.O. 30(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 4
of the Cantonments Act, 2006 and on the request of the State Government of Rajasthan, the
Central Government, after consulting the State Government of Rajasthan and Cantonment
Board, Nasirabad hereby declares its intention to exclude from the Nasirabad Cantonment the
complete area inside the Wards numbering 4, 5, 6 and 7 and such area of Wards numbering
1, 2, 3 and 8 of the said Cantonment which lie within the notified civil area of that
Cantonment.
Any objection to the above declaration by any inhabitant of Cantonment or the area in
respect of which this notification is published, may be submitted in writing to the Central
Government through the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command, Pune
within eight weeks from the date of the notification.
