of Code of Civil Procedure (5 of 1908) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following advocates as Government Pleaders / Addl. Standing
Counsel (Civil) for the High Court of Delhi in relation to any suit, writ petition, appeal or other proceeding by or against
the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or Union of India in relation to the affairs of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi and / or Public Officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it, namely:—
