No. F. 5(245)/Lit./15/DS2Law/2404-2419.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (7) of
section 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, (5 of 1908) and all other powers in this behalf, the Government of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following advocates as Government Pleaders / Additional Standing
Counsel (Civil) for the High Court of Delhi in relation to any suit, writ petition, appeal or other proceeding by or
against the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or Union of India in relation to the affairs of the
National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or public officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it.

2. This appointment shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time.

dated 01.05.2015 and F.5(245)/Lit./2015/ DS2Law/2277-2289 dated 24.06.2016
4. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till further orders.
