section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, (5 of 1908) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the
Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following Advocates as
Government Pleaders/Counsels for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi and the Central Administrative Tribunal,
Principal Bench, Delhi in relation to any Suit, Appeal, CWP, CCP, RFAs and LPAs, OA, MA etc. and other
proceedings by or against the Services Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and/or
Union of India in relation to the affairs of the Services Department, Government of National Capital Territory of
Delhi and/or public officer(s), whose defence has been undertaken by it.
