NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th February, 2020
S.O. 741(E).—In exercise of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 6 of Chemical Weapons
Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government
of India, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, number S.O. 1490(E), dated the 13th September, 2006, with
effect from date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:—
2. In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number
and entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“1. Dr. V. P. Joy - Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention”;
