In the said notification,- (a) for serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “1. Shri Arun Goyal - Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention 2. Dr. Sudhanshu Gupta - Director (Joint Secretary, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention) 3. Shri Vivek Chaturvedi - Director (Principal Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) ”; (b) after serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: — “5. Shri S. C. L. Das - Director (Joint Secretary, Internal Security, Ministry of Home Affairs) 6. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jindal - Director (Joint Secretary, Disaster Management, Ministry of Home Affairs) 7. Officers of the level of Deputy Director and above in the National Authority, Chemical Weapons Convention in case of Toxic Chemical or Precursors listed in the Schedules 1 and 2 in the Annex on Chemicals to the Convention, and Officers of the level of Technical Officer and above in the National Authority, Chemical Weapons Convention in case of Toxic Chemical or Precursor listed in the Schedule 3 in the Annex on Chemicals to the Convention and any Discrete Organic Chemicals including those Discrete Organic Chemicals containing elements of phosphorous, sulphur or fluorine.”.
