**Executive Summary:**
This document, issued by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), fixes and revises ceiling prices for scheduled formulations as specified in the table provided, effective February 13, 2018. It implements directions from the Department of Pharmaceuticals and exercises powers conferred by the Drugs Prices Control Order, 2013. Manufacturers must comply with the new pricing and reporting requirements, and retailers must display updated price lists.

* Manufacturers with existing MRPs lower than the ceiling price plus GST must maintain their current MRP.
* Manufacturers can add GST only if it's actually paid or payable to the government on the ceiling price.
* **Pack Pricing:** Ceiling price for a pack shall be determined as per DPCO 2013 guidelines.
* **New Drug Launch:** Manufacturers launching a new drug with specified variations must apply to the NPPA for price approval in Form I.
