ORDER
S.O. 3161(E).— In implementation of the Review order 31015/63/2016-PI.I dated 19.09.2016 passed by the
Department of Pharmaceuticals, S.O. No. 2210(E) dated 24.06.2016 is set aside with immediate effect.
Further, as clarified by the Department of Pharmaceuticals vide order dated 4.10.2016, the companies that have
already demonstrated their special features under S.O. 2210(E) dated 24.6.2016 and S.O. 2578(E) dated 1.8.2016, are not
required to demonstrate their product’s special feature again before the NPPA. Their products shall be treated as
equivalent to “Non-PVC” category under S.O. 1993(E), dated 03rd June, 2016.
