No. F. SEC/MCD/General Election/2017/6204, dated 16.02.2017. I, S. K. Srivastava, State Election Commissioner in
pursuance of the powers conferred under section 7B of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, and under the
provision of Rule 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of Councillors) Rules, 2012, hereby appoint, in
consultation with Govt. Of NCT of Delhi, the officer shown in column No. 4 of the table below, as Electoral Registration
Officer for the wards of North Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown in column No. 4 against. The Officer so
appointed as Electoral Registration officer is also appointed as a Returning Officer-cum-Scrutinizing Officer for the
wards shown against each, under the aforesaid Rules, in connection with the forthcoming General Election to North
Delhi Municipal Corporation as under:-
