No. F. SEC/MCD /General Election /2017/8430 Dated 22.03.2017 and in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me
under section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended by the Delhi Municipal Corporation
(Amendment) Act. 2011 and in pursuance of the provisions contained in Rule 4 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation
(Election Councillors) Rule, 2012 I, S. K. Srivastava, State Election Commissioner of National Capital of Territory
of Delhi, hereby appoint, the Officer of the Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi as shown in column 3 of the table below in place of
