No. A-12023(1)/15/2016-Admn.III(LA).—In partial modification to the Government of India,
Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs’ Notification No. A-12023(1)/15/2016-
Admn.III(LA) dated the 18th August, 2017, published in the Gazette of India–Extraordinary, the Central
Government is pleased to extend the tenure of appointment of Shri G. D. Agrawal, Vice-President of the
Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, as President of the Tribunal in officiating capacity for a further period of six
months w.e.f. 18.08.2017, or till a regular incumbent is appointed to the post of President, ITAT, or until
further orders, whichever is the earliest.
