This notification, G.S.R. 102(E), issued by the Ministry of Shipping, PHRD Division, on February 1, 2018, appoints members to the Board of Trustees of the Paradip Port Trust. In pursuance of Section 3(1)(c) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of notification G.S.R. 92(E) dated January 18, 2016, the Central Government specifies the number of persons to represent various interests on the Board for the period of April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2020.

G.S.R. 102(E).—In pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act,
