G.S.R. 28(E).—In pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts
Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Shipping (PHRD Division) No.S.O.1169(E) dated 22-12-2016, the Central Government hereby specifies the
number of persons mentioned in column (3) of the Table below to be appointed to represent the interests
mentioned in column (2) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of New Mangalore for the
period from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2021:
