In pursuance of clause iii of the first proviso to clause n of section 2 of the Factories Act 1948 63 of 1948 the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment
This notification, S.O. 687(E), issued by the Ministry of Steel on March 4, 2016, amends notification S.O. 1149(E) dated April 21, 2014, pertaining to the Factories Act, 1948. Specifically, it modifies the entry for serial number 3 in the TABLE of the original notification, updating the name, designation, and address of the relevant officer. The new entry replaces the previous one with: Shri S.K. Jha, General Manager ProjectSPU, Steel Processing Unit, Bettiah, Post Bag No. 13, Kumar Bag, Bettiah, District West Champaran, Bihar, Pin-845438. The file number for this notification is F. Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 1149(E) dated the
21st April, 2014, namely:-
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 3, for the entries under column (2)
relating to Name, designation and address of the officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
