In pursuance of clause iii of the first proviso to clause n of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 63 of 1948 the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification

1948 (63 of 1948) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification

of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 2042(E), dated the 26th August, 2011, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 5th September, 2011, namely, in the said
notification in the Table, under column (1), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely:—
