New Delhi, the 16th January, 2017
S.O. 606(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the
Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O. 1149(E), dated the
21st April, 2014, namely:—
In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 3, for the entries under column (2)
relating to name, designation and address of officer, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :—
“Shri B. Mukhopadhyay
General Manager (Project-SPU),
Steel Processing Unit (SPU),
Bettiah, Post Bag No.13,
