S.O. 991(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories
Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel number S.O. 5402(E), dated the 24th October,
2018, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 26th October, 2018,
namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, in column (2), for the entries against serial number 4, the
following shall be substituted, namely:-
―Shri Kumar Rakesh Roshan,
Assistant General Manager In-charge,
Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited,
Inside Durgapur Steel Plant,
Post Box No. 8, Durgapur - 713203
