S.O. 1696(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act,
1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel number
S.O. 2646 (E), dated the 20th August, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the table to manage the
affairs of the factories mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said table who shall be deemed to be
the occupier for the purpose of the said Act, namely:—
