S.O. 1746(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act,
1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel number
S.O. 1579 (E), dated the 13th July, 2012 and 2416 (E), dated the 04th July, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted
to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby declares that the persons specified in column (2) of
the table below, appointed to manage the affairs of the factories of the Durgapur Steel Plant mentioned in corresponding
entries in column (3) of the said table, shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-
