New Delhi, the 8th August, 2018
S.O. 4022(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) to the first proviso of clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act,
1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Dilip Kumar Mohanty, General Manager
(Operations), NMDC Iron and Steel Plant, Nagarnar, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh – 494001 to manage the affairs of
the said Steel Plant, who shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act and for the said purpose
makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel , dated
the 21st January, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O.
277(E), dated the 29th January, 2015 namely:-
In the said notification, for the words “Shri Prasant Dash, General Manager”, the words and brackets
“Shri Dilip Kumar Mohanty, General Manager (Operations)” shall be substituted.
