S.O. 1782(E).—In pursuance of clause (iii) to the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act,
1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Steel published vide S.O. 277(E), dated the 21st January, 2015, the Central
Government hereby appoints Shri Prasant Dash, General Manager, NMDC Iron and Steel Plant (NISP), Nagarnar,
District Bastar, Chhattisgarh – 494001 to manage the affairs of the NMDC Iron and Steel Plant, Nagarnar, District
Bastar, Chhattisgarh – 494001, who shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purposes of the said Act.
