No. AD-01/1/2020-Admin.—In pursuance of Department of Personnel and Training’s Order No. 4/6/2018-
CS1 (D) (Pt) dated 11.12.2020, the President is pleased to promote following Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of
CSS to Sr. Selection Grade (Director) in the Pay Matrix Level - 13 (Rs.123100- 215900) purely on ad-hoc basis for a
period up to 31.12.2021 or till the posts are filled up on regular basis or until further orders whichever is earlier w.e.f.
the date shown against their names:—

(2) The ad hoc promotions shall not confer any right on the officers to continue in the grade of Director indefinitely
or for inclusion in the Select List for regular promotion to the grade or to claim seniority in the grade.

Bench's order dated 09.05.2011 passed in O.A. No. 3278/2010 filed by Ms. Garima Singh & Ors and Hon'ble

(4) The ad hoc promotions shall be initially for a period up to 31.12.2021 or until further orders, whichever is
