NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th January, 2019
No. N-15/13/24/1/18-P&D.— In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46 (2) of the
Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95-A of the Employees States
Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st January, 2019 as the date
from, which the medical benefit as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Sikkim Employees'
States Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 2012 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in
the following area in the State of Sikkim namely:-
“ All the area of the District of East Sikkim & South Sikkim in the State of Sikkim. ”
