New Delhi, the 16th October , 2018
No. N-15/13/14/4/2015-P&D:—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46 (2) of the
Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95-A of the Employees States
Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 1st September,2018 as the
date from, which the medical benefit as laid down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Tamil Nadu
Employees States Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958 shall be extended to the families of insured
persons in the following area in the State of Tamil Nadu namely:—
