NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th November, 2020
No. N-15/1/AP/2020-P&D.—In pursuance of powers conferred by Section 46 (2) of the Employees State
Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), read with Regulation 95-A of the Employees’ States Insurance (General)
Regulations, 1950, the Director General has fixed the 01/11/2020 as the date from, which the medical benefit as laid
down in the said Regulation 95-A and the Arunachal Pradesh Employees' States Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules,
2020 shall be extended to the families of insured persons in the entire area of Papum Pare district in the State of
Arunachal Pradesh.
