Delhi, the 14th August, 2015
4(9)./MiscIP-1111PWIIR-FILA -11115209.-1n pursuance of provisions of rule 45 of the

fundamental rules, IA. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Public Works Department of Delhi Government, number F.4(1)/Misc./13-111/PWD&H/A-11/6173
dated the 30th June, 2014, published in Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary Part-IV, namely:-
1. In the said notification against serial number-1, relating to Short title and commencement, for
paragraph (2), the following paragraph, shall be substituted, namely:—
"(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on 11th July, 2013"
2. In the said notification against serial number-2, relating to amendment of rule 11, in
paragraph (2), for the existing table and entries relating thereto, the following table and
entries relating thereto, shall be substituted, namely:--
Events Permissible period for retention of the residence

(a) In cases of accommodation allotted prior to 11th July, 2013, two months

licence fee, further two months on four times of the normal licence fee
and subsequent two months on six times of the normal licence fee.
(b) In cases of accommodation allotted on or after 1 ith July, 2013, two
months on normal licence fee, another two months on double of the
normal licence fee and further two months on four times of the normal
licence fee"
