Delhi, the 24th February, 2020
F.No. GGSIPU/Co-ord/Statute 24/Amend./BOM-68/2019-20/583.—In pursuance of provisions of
sub-section (2) of Section 26 of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 (9 of 1998), the
Board of Management of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with the approval of the Chancellor,
makes the following partial amendment in sub clause 3(ii)(a) of Statute-24 captioned ‘Conditions under which
Colleges and Institutions may be admitted to the Privileges of the University and the conditions under which
such privileges may be withdrawn’, notified vide Notification No. F.1(6)(4)/99-2000/Estt./Dated 16.02.2000.
