S.O. 3700(E).—In pursuance of sub clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2 of the Factories
Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel number
S.O. 1129(E), dated the 14th May, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government
hereby appoints Shri Yashwant Singh Negi, Deputy General Manager, SAIL Processing Unit, Kandrori as “Occupier” to
manage the affairs of the SAIL Processing Unit, Kandrori, Tehsil-Indora, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh,
Pin-176402 for the purposes of the said Act.
