S.R.O. 3(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and
sub-rule (1) of rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the
President hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Defence, Border Roads Wing, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4, vide
number S.R.O. 23, dated the 29th May, 2015, namely :-
In the said notification, in the SCHEDULE –
(i) in part II, after the Sl. No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted,
