Notification No.F. 2(6)/06/DC/Enft./ Pt. File/754-759 dated 08.04.2016, the Lt. Governor of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri Parveen Kumar Gupta, Deputy Drugs Controller, Delhi as
the Controlling Authority for the purposes of the said Rules, for the entire National Capital Territory of Delhi
with immediate effect.
