Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent posts in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their offices. 1. Mr. Alok Shukla 2. Mr. Syaed Zishan Ali Warsi 3. Mr. Kumar Rajat 4. Mr. Sachin Jain 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar 6. Mr. Surender Mohit Singh 2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and antecedents of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of their caste certificate/PH category certificate, where ever applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate. 3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time. 4. The post carries the time-scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.51550-1230-58930- 1380-63070 (pre-revised) plus allowances as admissible under the Rules. 5. The above appointment shall be subject to the final outcome of WPC No.10113/2015 titled “Mukesh Kumar & Ors. VS Registrar General, Delhi High Court & Ors.” and WPC No.8132/2020 titled “Rahul Sharma Vs. Registrar General, High Court of Delhi pending in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
