No. F. 6/10/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/1034-1040.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the
Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital
Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Ms. Manjusha
Wadhwa, Mr. Harish Kumar, Ms. Deepali Sharma, Ms. Hardeep Kaur, Ms. Neelofer Abida Perveen, Ms. Raj
Rani, Mr. Ajay Gulati, Mr. Mohd. Farrukh, Mr. Anil Antil and Ms. Vandana Chauhan (SC) as member of
the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against permanent post in temporary capacity on a probation period of two
years w.e.f. the date he/she assumes the charge of his/her office.
However, the appointment of Ms. Vandana Chauhan (SC Candidate) shall be subject to outcome of
Writ Petition (Civil) No. 2828/2010 titled "Surender Pal Singh Chauhan Vs. State & Anr."
