If the verification reveals that the claim to belong to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate. 3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Judicial Service from time to time. 4.
