Any date/day notified as holiday Under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, b. The day/date of polling and two days immediately preceding the day/date of polling during any election/bye election to be conducted by the Election Commission of India within the National Capital Territory of Delhi, c. Any other date/day desired to be observed as such in emergent cases or may delete any date from the above list. The licensees shall not be entitled to any compensation on account of any changes effected in the above list. The restriction of sale on liquor on dry days mentioned above shall not apply to the service of liquor to residents in case of hotels having L-15 licence. All the licensees shall exhibit this list at some conspicuous place of their licensed premises.
