1952 (31 of 1952) read with rule 35 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1974, I, Anoop
Mishra, the Returning Officer for the Presidential Election, 2017, hereby declare that Shri Ramnath Kovind,
resident of 42, HIG Maharishi Dayanand Vihar, Phase-2, Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, has been duly
elected to the Office of President of India.
