NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th February, 2018
S.O. 810(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and
Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education and
Literacy published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide notification number
S.O. 688(E), dated the 2nd March 2017, namely: -
In the said notification, -
(i) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and words “31st December, 2017”, the
figures, letters and words “31st March, 2018” shall be substituted;
(ii) in paragraph 2, in clause (a), for the figures, letters and words “31st December, 2017”, the figures,
letters and words “31st March, 2018” shall be substituted.
