other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016, the Central Government in the Ministry of Human Resource
Development hereby makes the following amendments in the notification number S.O. 669(E), dated the 28th February,
2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:—
