2005) and in partial modification of notification No. 5/72/2005/HP-I/Estt./ 4494 to 4500 dated 05.02.2009,
the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate the Special Secretary/
Additional Secretary (Home), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, to be the Controlling
Authority for the purposes of the said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
