NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November, 2017
S.O. 3585(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-section (1) of the Section (6) of the Chemical
Weapons Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby amends notification vide
S.O. 1490(E), dated 13th September, 2006 and notification vide S.O. 3405(E), dated 8th November, 2013 with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely :—
In the said notification for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number
and entry shall be substituted, namely :—
“2. Shri Sandeep Sarkar— Director (Joint Secretary, National Authority, Chemical Weapons
Convention)”
