Delhi, the 24th April, 2015
No. F. 8 (33)/2013/DAM/M11/1418.— In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (7) of section 118 of the
Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 (Delhi Act No. 7 of 1999), the following bye-laws are
made and adopted for the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Azadpur and confirmed by the Director, are
hereby notified as under:
"BYE-LAWS"
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 118 of the Delhi Agricultural
Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998 and with previous approval of the Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board vide
resolution No. 94/2014 dated the 31.10.2014 the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Azadpur hereby makes the
following Bye-laws further to amend the Azadpur Agricultural Produce Market Committee bye-laws, namely:—
Short title and Commencement 1. (i) These Bye-Laws may be called the Azadpur
Agricultural Produce Market Committee
(Amendment) Bye-Laws, 20 i 3.
(ii) They snail come into force at :MCC.
Amendment of Bye-Law No. 49
Charging of Commission from Purchasers 2. Existing Bye-Law 49 (3) Part i is amended to the effect
that though the Commission shall be charged at the
