S.O. 1075(E).—In pursuance of the Warrant of Appointment issued by the President on 08th February, 2017 by
virtue of the powers vested in him under clause (3) of article 338A of the Constitution read with sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of
the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Members (Conditions of Service and
Tenure) Rules, 2004, Shri Nand Kumar Sai has been appointed as Chairperson in the National Commission for
Scheduled Tribes, for a term of three years, with effect from the date of assuming the office i.e. on the 28th February,
2017 (Forenoon).
