At page No. 6 in the tittle part Bar Council of India Rules (for qualification/Disqualification and produce for election and code of conduct for the elections of S.B.C/B.C.I.) 2023 May be read as Bar Council of India Rules (for qualification/Disqualification and procedure for election and code of conduct for the elections of S.B.C/B.C.I.) 2023 At page No.- 6, Chapter- I Rule -2 Disqualifications for being a voter:- In the third last line “Howere’ May be read as However In the second last line “th list” May be read as “the list” And in the last line “elctorla roll” May be read as “electoral roll” At page No. - 8, Chapter-III, Rules-8, Procedure for removal from Membership of Bar Council:- In the second line “as presecrbed under chapter -II of these Rules” May be read as “as prescribed under chapter -II of these Rules” And in the second last line, last word “seasoned order”.
