No. PPR/NP/76/18/DD/204/INF/18/DC/1375/2020.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the
Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Rules 18(17) and 19(1) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of
Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee
has held CA. Anil Mittal (Membership No. 088204), Office No. 37-38, C-Block, DDA Market, Surajmal Vihar,
DELHI-110092, guilty of Professional and Other Misconduct falling within the meaning of Items (5),(6),(7) and (8)
of Part I of Second Schedule and Item (2) of Part IV of the First Schedule read with Section 22 of the aforesaid Act
and consequently ordered for PERMANENT removal of name of CA. Anil Mittal (Membership No. 088204) from
the Register of Members and also imposed a fine of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only). In pursuance of the
aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section
20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988, it is hereby notified
that the name of said CA. Anil Mittal (Membership No. 088204), shall stand removed PERMANENTLY from
the Register of Members with effect from 16th December, 2022.
