No. F. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/177.—In the exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1) and (2) of
section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004) and read with Rules 3, 4, 9 and
10 of the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby
appoints Sh. Alok Aggarwal (Retired) DHJS as Chairman of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal w.e.f. 02.11.2020 on
re-employment basis. Tenure will be for a total period of 03 (Three) years with effect from the date he takes over the
charge of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal as Chairman. Other terms and conditions of service shall be as envisaged in the
Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006..
