National Capital of Delhi is pleased to make the following Rules namely,” be read as “the Government of National
Capital of Delhi, as per approval of Hon’ble Minister (Home), is pleased to make the following Rules namely,” and after
the Rule 1902, on page no. 487, the following words be read “This issues with approval of Hon’ble Minister (Home),
