(EPF) has reconstituted the Regional Committee (EPF) for the State of West Bengal vide EPF Organisation, Head Office,
New Delhi vide Notification No. Conf. 5(23) 2008/WB/29126 dated 18-03-2013 published under issue No. 91 Part III,
Section 4 in the Gazette of India on 01-04-2013.
2. In partial modification of the Gazette Notification No. Conf. 5(23) 2008/WB/29126, dated 01-04-2013, the Chairman,
Central Board of Trustees (EPF) has appointed Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary, Labour Deptt.
Chairman [under para 4(1)(a)] and Secretary in the Labour Deptt./Additional Secretary/Special Secretary/Joint Secretary,
Labour Deptt. (Looking after L.W. Section.), Official Member [under para 4(1)(b)] of the EPF Scheme, 1952 in the Regional
