CORRIGENDUM
Delhi, the 21st July, 2025
F. No. 6/21/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/1285-1292.—In this Department's Notification No. F. 6/21/2017-
Judl./Suptlaw/421-427 dated 19.03.2020 (in English language), as was published by Government of India Press
Mayapuri, after the words "w.e.f. the date the officer assumes the charge of office", the following words shall be
inserted:—
"with all consequential benefits, except back wages"
and consequently, para 1 of the said notification dated 19.03.2020 shall be read as:—
" In terms of orders dated 17.12.2019 passed in SLP (C) No. 28805/2019 by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of
India and judgment dated 28.08.2019 passed in WP(C) No.747/2018 by the High Court of Delhi and in pursuance of
the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Mr. Manish
Sharma, a General Category candidate for Delhi Higher Judicial Examination-2015, as member of the Delhi Higher
Judicial Service against permanent post in temporary capacity on probation period of two years w.e.f. the date the
officer assumes the charge of office with all consequential benefits, except back wages.
The other contents of the said notification shall remain the same.
