Delhi, the 10th February, 2023
No. F. 1/31/600/LC/Estt./08/8544-8558.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)
of section 5 of the Indian Boilers Act, 1923 (5 of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of
Industrial Development, Notification No. U.O. 108 dated 14th February, 1958 and in supersession of all
previous notification issued in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is
pleased to confer the powers of Inspector of Boilers on Sh. Pinkesh Kumar, Dy. Director (ISH) (erstwhile
Dy. Chief Inspector of Factories) for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of discharging
statutory duties under the said Act, with immediate effect for the period of 06 months or till the
appointment of regular incumbent, whichever is later.
Sh. Pinkesh Kumar, Dy. Director (ISH) will not be entitled for any extra remuneration for the
charge of Inspector of Boilers assigned here above.
