PRESS RELEASE International Financial Services Centres Authority, India and Financial Services Agency, Japan execute Exchange of Letters (EoL) The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan have signed and exchanged Exchange of Letters (EoL), to formalize regulatory cooperation in identified areas of mutual interest. The EoL was signed on June 26, 2026 and was exchanged on the occasion of the 16th India–Japan Annual Summit, held in New Delhi. The objective of the EoL is to facilitate the sharing of information on developments in regulation of financial products, financial services and financial institutions in the respective jurisdictions as well as developments in regulatory and supervisory frameworks and initiatives, including sharing of best practices.
