PRESS RELEASE International Financial Services Centres Authority Signs MoU with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 20 February 2026 at the IFSCA HQ in GIFT IFSC, to formalise the cooperation in the areas relevant to the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). The MoU was formally signed by Shri K. Rajaraman, IAS, Chairperson, IFSCA and Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Director General, IICA in the presence of senior officials from both the institutions.
